What we do with your information.

Nosvra designs, builds and maintains websites for businesses on a monthly subscription. We’re based in Kathmandu, Nepal. This policy covers the marketing website you’re on now — nosvra.com — and the contact form on it.

The only place this site asks you for anything is the contact form. If you use it, we receive:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your business name, if you give one (optional)
• The kind of plan you’re interested in, if you pick one (optional)
• Whatever you write in the message field

That submission is sent as an email to our inbox. It isn’t written to a database, CRM, or spreadsheet by this website.

If you go on to become a client, we’ll separately hold what’s needed to run the subscription — your contact details, site content, and billing correspondence. That happens outside this website, over email and whichever tools we agree to work in together.

This site is static and hosted on Cloudflare’s network. Like any website, the server that answers your request logs standard technical details — your IP address, browser and device type, and the time of the request — for security and reliability. We don’t add any tracking of our own on top of that, and we don’t routinely look at these logs unless something needs debugging.

This is deliberately a short list of things we avoid:

• No account or login for this website — there isn’t one
• No analytics or advertising trackers, and no tracking cookies
• No card, wallet, or bank details. Subscription payments run through eSewa, Khalti, or a direct bank transfer — those go straight to the provider or your bank, not through this website, and we never see or store your payment credentials

We use what you send us through the contact form to:

• Reply to your enquiry
• Put together a plan and a price for your business
• Keep a record of what was agreed, if you become a client

We don’t use it for advertising, and we don’t add you to a marketing list without asking first.

Your contact form submission is delivered to us using Cloudflare’s email-sending infrastructure — that’s the only third party involved, and it only acts on our instructions to deliver the message. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it with advertisers or data brokers.

If you pay us through eSewa, Khalti, or your bank, that transaction is between you and them. They process and store that data under their own privacy policies, not ours.

This site doesn’t set analytics or advertising cookies. If that ever changes — for example, if we add basic traffic analytics — we’ll update this section first, before turning it on.

We keep contact form emails for as long as it takes to respond and, if it leads to a project, for the life of that relationship plus a reasonable period afterward for our own records. If nothing comes of it, we periodically clear out old enquiries.

We take reasonable technical and organizational steps to keep the information we hold secure. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security — but we also don’t hold much: mainly the contents of your emails to us.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@nosvra.com and we’ll sort it out directly — there’s no formal request process to navigate.

This site is meant for business owners and isn’t directed at children. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

This site is served through Cloudflare’s global network, so a request from you may be handled by a server outside Nepal as a normal part of how the site is delivered.

This policy is governed by the laws of Nepal. Nosvra is based in Kathmandu.

If we change how this site handles your information, we’ll update this page and change the effective date at the top. We won’t make a material change quietly.
